Product use and characteristics
SYZX310 series of resistance level switches are mainly used for the level monitoring and control of open containers and powdery and granular materials without seepage (side loading). It is not suitable for closed container with pressure or material environment with combustible volatile gas.
SYZX310 series resistance level switches are widely used in modern industrial processes and storage sectors. Its performance and the current domestic application of the old products have: advanced technology, reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy to use and maintenance, high cost performance and many other advantages. This product adopts a new structural design, the main features are as follows:
The main exposed parts are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy. With corrosion resistance, no pollution, moisture-proof, dustproof and other characteristics, food industry and high dust and other harsh environment can be used;
The output shaft adopts overload protection device, which can effectively avoid the damage caused by improper or abnormal external forces to the motor and reducer.
In order to adapt to the different proportion of various materials and facilitate the installation and debugging, the sensitivity of the five-gear adjustment device and two optional installation methods and a variety of testing blade specifications are set;
The high temperature type adopts the heat dissipation device, which can be used in the material environment ≤300℃.
Measuring principle
SYZX310 series anti-rotation level switch USES ac micromotor to drive the decelerating blade to rotate slowly after decelerating. When the rise of the level of the material under test obstructs the rotation of the blade, the detection mechanism rotates around the spindle. This displacement first causes one microswitch to act, sending out a feeding signal, and then another microswitch to act, cutting off the power supply of the micromotor to stop it from rotating. This condition will be maintained as long as the material level in the warehouse remains unchanged.
When the material level drops and the detection blade loses its obstruction, the detection mechanism restores to its original state by spring tension. First, a micro switch action, switch on the motor power to make it rotate, then another micro switch action to send no material signal, as long as there is no material to block the rotation of the detection blade, this state will continue.

The installation
The position of the blade should be kept away from the lower part of the inlet and the dead material area of the silo. In order to prevent the materials in use from smashing, the protective plate should be installed above the detection blade.
When the lengthened soft shaft is installed vertically, the protection sleeve or the blade and the soft shaft should be installed so that the blade and the soft shaft are not directly hit by the material. Multi - position measurement should be properly distanced to avoid the occurrence of soft axis winding.
In order to avoid the infiltration of rainwater in the outdoor environment, the outlet should be vertically downward and the top cover should be tightened when side loading. If there are conditions for vertical installation, you can consider adding a rain cover.
Electrical connections
Normally closed signal connection is: L-terminal;

Sensitivity setting
The sensitivity of the movement output is divided into five ranges. According to the needs of most users, the factory adjustment in the action torque larger block, the application generally need not adjust. If the specific gravity of the measured medium is light (such as plastic powder, etc.) and the required action torque is small, it can be adjusted according to the need. Specific adjustment methods are as follows:
Unscrew the upper cover and remove the two fixing screws between the detection mechanism and the base;
Pull out the movement and turn it over to find the bottom tension spring;
Pull off the spring hook on the bottom plate side and hang it into the hole relatively close to the shaft;
Put the movement back to the base, turn the blade to make the shaft sleeve to the positive output shaft, gently press in;
Fix the fixing screws on both sides and tighten them. After passing the electrification test, it is ok.
Order information
Due to different occasions, different media for the correct measurement of material level has different requirements, should pay attention to the following points when buying:
The standard length of the material level switch is 100mm, and the user can choose to lengthen the hard and soft shaft according to the measured depth. When the measuring depth is less than 1 meter, the rigid extension shaft can be used. When measuring depth > 1 m, the lengthened soft shaft should be selected to match with the main engine. Lengthening sheath and lengthening shaft are optional for side mounting. The length shall not exceed 500mm.
Optional top mounting (measuring depth up to 10 m) is required for some oozing or high adhesion materials (high temperature asphalt concrete silos, etc.). Note: since there is no contact between the material and the root of the output shaft of the leveler during overhead installation, there are few faults in operation. Where the mounting position permits, the top vertical mounting shall be used as far as possible.
When leaving the factory, the standard blade is arranged according to the specific gravity of sand and stone materials. When the specific gravity of the medium under test is light, the blade should be enlarged. When detecting very light media such as lignocellulose, special blades must be selected.
Note: when the blade is enlarged, only flange connection can be used.
When the temperature of the medium under test is 80 ~ 300℃, please choose the high temperature type. Shaft length and measuring medium should be indicated when ordering.
