1. Equipment composition
ICS-ST series electronic belt scale produced by xuzhou sanyuan weighing technology co., LTD is the ideal equipment for continuous measurement of bulk materials. This system is mainly composed of weighing bridge, safety type weighing sensor, safety type speed sensor, measuring drum, belt scale host and auxiliary equipment.
2. Working principle
A weighing bridge with load sensors mounted on the rail of the conveyor detects the weight of the material on the belt and produces an electrical output signal proportional to the belt load. The speed sensor is directly connected to the driven drum or the speed measuring drum and provides a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt motion unit, the frequency of which is proportional to the belt speed.
When the material passes through the scale, the weight signal and speed signal are sent to the secondary instrument, which is amplified and A/D converted to calculate the instantaneous flow and accumulation, and displayed on the front panel of the weighing display.
When the weighing display is displayed, the communication interface of rs-485 is provided.
3. Structure and performance characteristics
