The unevenness of the unit weight of the belt, the adhesive material on the belt, the belt deviation, the belt tension, including the speed stability of the belt conveyor, will affect. Generally, one to two weeks after each zero calibration, the zero will exceed the tolerance, Therefore, it is very necessary for us to maintain regular zero point correction during daily maintenance. In this case, first check whether the conveyor is in good condition and whether the belt is damaged.
2、 Too large jump of displayed data: it is normal for the instantaneous flow of the electronic belt weigher to fluctuate within a certain range during weighing, but if the jump is too large, check whether the interval value of the belt weigher instrument is set too large, whether the weighing sensor is damaged, whether the scale frame is stuck by rocks, whether the conveyor slips, etc.
3、 Interval drift fault of electronic belt weigher: the change of interval calibration of electronic belt weigher is generally related to the change of measuring components of the system and belt tension. The main reasons are:
(1) If the belt tension of the conveyor changes, it should be adjusted as shown above.
(2) Speed sensor roller sliding; Increase the wrap angle between the speed measuring cylinder and the return belt to prevent the cylinder from slipping and causing loss of rotation.
(3) The vertical linearity of the idler in the weighing area of the electronic belt scale has changed; Adjust and replace the towing roller in time.
(4) The load cell is seriously overloaded, and its linearity becomes poor; Then replace the sensor.
(5) Failure of electronic measuring elements; Use a special instrument to detect the damaged elements and replace them in time. If necessary, replace the main board of the belt scale instrument (SY2105/2101).

4、 Field wiring fault:
(1) Check the corresponding internal wiring between components in the system, and all wiring shall be in accordance with the provisions of the field wiring diagram.
(2) When the contact is loose, the welding is not firm, the contact is poor, there is short circuit or open circuit, and the grounding is not as required, the reading error and the weighing reading are unstable.
(3) Check whether all shielded cables comply with the requirements of the field wiring diagram, especially whether the shielded wire is connected to the specified position.
5、 Recovery of instrument data of electronic belt weigher: the display is incorrect due to the loss or artificial change of input parameters during instrument calibration under unexpected circumstances. terms of settlement; Restore the calibration data of the electronic belt scale to each menu one by one.
