Summary:
Njgc-30 belt type weighing coal feeder is the main coal feeding equipment for boiler pulverizing system in coal-fired power plants. With continuous feeding of coal, accurate dynamic measurement, high precision, automatic control of sealing wind back channeling, making the system run more safely and reliably. Dynamic measurement error is greater than ± 0.50%.
Equipment composition:
It is mainly composed of closed shell, conveying system, cleaning system, metering system, temperature control and other protection systems, electric gate and electrical control system, and can be expanded according to user requirements.
Working principle:
Tape type weighing coal feeder use tape drive, the raw coal as the raw coal from coal bunker is tape after pulling, under the drive of adhesive tape, on the balance of gravity and the friction between belt to move forward, on the belt material by weighing area, installed in the weighing bridge at the bottom of the two high precision real-time strain sensors detect the instantaneous weight of coal.
A speed sensor mounted on the tail drum provides a series of pulses whose frequency is proportional to the belt speed. The speed signal and weight signal are amplified, shaped, A/D conversion processing and integral operation of the weighing instrument, and the output control signal of the instrument PID is adjusted to the inverter to dynamically adjust the belt speed, so as to ensure the continuous, uniform and quantitative coal feeding of the coal feeder.
