3、structure overview
The emergency stop switch is composed of shell, trip switch, emergency stop gripper, reset gripper, terminal and so on.
4、working principle
When a 60N±10N force is applied to the emergency stop gripper on either side of the emergency stop switch and displacement is generated, the travel switch in the emergency stop switch moves, the contact state is flipped, and the switch locks itself; When a force of 60N±10N is applied externally on the corresponding reset gripper, the travel switch in the emergency stop switch is activated again and the contact state is restored.
5、installation
Install the emergency stop switch on the bracket on both sides of the belt conveyor, connect the emergency stop gripper of the emergency stop switch with the pull rope successively, open the emergency stop switch junction box, and connect J (emergency stop signal) and O (power supply ground) with the cable to the corresponding terminal in the main machine of the belt conveyor integrated protection control device.
6、debugging
