CLM type static chain code checking device
Summary:
CLM static chain code calibration device is applied in the electronic belt scale in the belt conveyor cycle operation, to achieve the electronic belt scale accuracy of automatic calibration, usually applicable to the calibration accuracy level of (0.5) ~ (2.0) between all kinds of belt scales.
Working principle:
CLM type static chain code verification device is set near the electronic belt scale site and installed above the conveyor at the electronic belt scale body. This device can automatically and smoothly place the chain code on the belt scale body when verifying the electronic belt scale, so as to complete the static verification of the accuracy of the electronic belt scale.
CLM type static chain code calibration device is driven by motor reduction device to coil drum, and the chain code can be automatically rewound and released by electronic control device.
