JYDH series high energy ignition device
Summary:
JYDH series high energy ignition devices are mainly used in the automatic ignition system of industrial burners. It is mainly composed of high energy ignition accumulator, high voltage shielding special cable, ignition gun/semiconductor nozzle, propulsion device, control box and other five parts.
High energy ignition accumulator:
High energy ignition device accumulators can be divided into two forms: straight rod type and flexible dry type. There are two types of igners (accumulators) : dc and ac, which are divided into five types according to their energy storage size: ac 6 joules (6J), ac 12 joules (12J), ac 20 joules (20J), ac 32 joules (32J), and dc 1 joule (1J). The general ac igniter USES 20 joules.
Main types and technical parameters of ignition gun:
Propulsion device:
This series of propulsion device is divided into electric (JYDT) and pneumatic (JYQT) two types, is the straight travel two type actuators, these two types of thrusters are suitable for the boiler ignition system in the ignition gun, oil gun automatic advance and retreat operation. Its travel range is 100mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm. The mounting method can be divided into two types: flange mounting and base mounting. The combined propulsion device is a special requirement device, as shown in the figure below.
Oil gun series:
◆ Type: simple machine atomization type, return oil machine atomization type.
◆ Performance parameters: working oil pressure: 1.0 ~ 5.0Mpa
output of oil gun: 100 ~ 4500Kg/N
applicable oil viscosity: mechanical ≤4°E

◆ Application: boiler ignition system, heater and low load thermal combustion system
Ignition control system:
This system is composed of JYDK, high energy ignition device, flame detection device, fuel burner propulsion actuator and ball valve. The ignition cabinet can adopt relay or PLC as the core according to user's requirement. The system can be controlled automatically (by receiving instructions from CTC room) or manually (on-site). The ignition equipment carries out the boiler ignition operation according to the relevant specifications and the set sequence, and gives the local display of various working conditions and the signal feedback to the central control room.
