Description:
The 60-200/60-22 operation monitor is mainly used to monitor the rotation speed of the rotating equipment, which can not only monitor the underspeed of the equipment, but also monitor the overspeed and zero speed of the equipment. It includes four parts: controller, sensor, target plate and mounting bracket.
The controller is a microprocessor-based intelligent monitor that receives signals from the sensor and processes them. The output switch signals are of two DPDT outputs and contacts, or 4-20ma analog signals. The sensor is usually a standard NPN or other type of proximity sensor that emits a series of pulses representing speed.

Non-contact speed monitoring system
Non-contact speed monitoring system is used by speed monitor with proximity sensor to monitor the speed of running equipment. Single channel or double channel monitor can be selected according to user needs. Proximity sensors are equipped with leds to indicate pulse output for ease of system installation and maintenance. High speed sensors (20-5000rpm) or low speed sensors (1-60rpm) are available. All systems include 20-inch cables and sensor mounts. The low speed system consists of a 30 - hole target plate and a mounting bracket.
Shaft driven speed monitoring system
Shaft driven speed monitoring system is used by speed monitor and shaft driven sensor to monitor the speed of running equipment. The system can be operated with a single or dual channel monitor, a high speed sensor (15-2000rpm) or a low speed sensor (0.25-70rpm), which can work at very low shaft speeds (less than 1RPM).
